


That said, I don't think the collector is actually very threatening if you know what you're doing. Not to mention that someone dying typically means that the run is going to end badly - if one person dies you often have to either retreat or have even more people die, and either way that's adding extra costs on top of that. A level 3 hero costs way more than 5000 gold to equip and skill up, and that isn't even getting into the experience (and while it probably isn't relevant to this topic in particular, in a new game plus there's also the loss condition at 13 deaths). Life is cheap.Įh, unless you're talking about something like a level 0 hero I don't agree with this at all.
